Oxcide® + Deposition Control for Food Processing
In food processing facilities, treatment with Oxcide® + Deposition Control results descaling of pipes, ice machines, cooling towers, floors, heat exchange surfaces, and other equipment.
Our tests with treatment over 60 days resulted in regular progression of descaling and increasing ORP values throughout the facility. Descaling was apparent in all areas that resulted in direct cost reduction, chemical usage, maintenance labor, and improved efficiency and food safety.

Plate Ice Machine Treated with Oxcide® + Deposition Control
Prior to treating the water with Oxcide® + Deposition Control this plate ice machine would form hard deposits within days that could only be removed with acid.
After 30 days of treatment the scale was partially removed with normal use of the machine.
After 60 days of treating the water supply with Oxcide® + Deposition Control the scale was entirely removed without the use of acid.
Rotary Ice Machine Treated with Oxcide® + Deposition Control
Prior to treating the water, this rotary ice machine developed hard scale build up from normal use.
After 30 days of treatment the scale was partially removed without scrubbing, scraping, or using harsh chemicals.
After 60 days of treating the water supply with Oxcide® + Deposition Control the scale on this rotary ice machine was completely removed.
