Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) developed electrochemically by removing sodium
and hydroxides, creating an aqueous solution of pH 6.5, with TDS below
25 ppm. Eliminating sodium creates a non-toxic oxidizer that gains
electrons from it's immediate environment while reducing itself.
